INTRODUCTION : In today's fast-paced world, many people spend prolonged hours sitting, whether at work, commuting, or during leisure activities. They include obesity and a cluster of conditions ,increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist and unhealthy cholesterol levels ,that make up metabolic syndrome . Understanding Sedentary Behavior : Sedentary behavior relates to engaging in activities with very little movement such as working at a desk, watching TV, or using any electronic devices. Due to technology, and recently remote work, people are spending considerably more time in a sitting position than they did before. This is the case by the current work environments and ways of entertainment that are less active in nature.
